1.1 Device & Local Gameplay Data

• Local Game Progress & High Scores: Level progression, unlocked games, badges, and scores are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage (Hive / SharedPreferences).
• Device & Diagnostic Info: Non-personally identifiable information such as device model, OS version, app language, and system performance metrics used solely for bug fixes and stability.

1.2 Optional User Data (General Audience)

• Bookmarks & Preferences: Users can save local preferences (e.g. dark mode, chosen language) which remain on the device.
• Support Inquiries: If an adult user contacts us via email for support, we use the provided email address exclusively to respond to the inquiry and delete it thereafter upon request.

2. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) & Families Policy Compliance

We strictly abide by COPPA (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) and the Google Play Families Policy Requirements:

• No Personal Data Collection from Children: We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under 13 years of age.
• No Location Tracking: The Application does not request or access precise geographic location (GPS) data.
• No Social Media Integration for Children: No social network plugins, public chatrooms, or user-to-user messaging capabilities are accessible to child users.
• Parental Rights: Parents or legal guardians may contact us at any time at newsifyx.support@gmail.com to review, request deletion of, or refuse any further processing of any data inadvertently collected. If we discover that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided personal data, we will immediately purge such data from our systems.

To keep our educational content free, the Application displays third-party advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

• Child-Directed Ad Treatment: For child users and mixed family audiences, ad requests are configured with Google AdMob's tagForChildDirectedTreatment and non-personalized advertising settings.
• Ad Content Filtering: Ads served in family/learning categories are restricted to G-rated / family-safe content strictly vetted by Google Play Certified Ad Networks.
• No Behavioral Tracking: Advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA) are not used for behavioral profiling or user tracking for child users.

We work with trusted third-party providers who process data strictly under our instruction or under their privacy policies:

• Google Play Services & Firebase — App infrastructure, analytics, and messaging.
• Google AdMob — Family-safe ad delivery.

Gameplay data is stored locally on the user's device and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the Application or clearing app storage. We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect device diagnostics and app infrastructure from unauthorized access.
